Today’s inspiration. Indoor plants

Today I’m over inspired by any interiors filled with plants. The reason might be that I’m not able to grow anything at home (I just keep killing them all over again) and I’m super jealous of people who have green at their homes. There are a lot of health benefits of having indoor plants, but first of all they are an incredible interior part that is able to promote positive energy.  So, what are you waiting for? Get inspired and add greens to your place!

Girl of the month. Jenny Walton

November’s “Girl of the month” award goes to young and extremely talented fashion illustrator Jenny Walton based in New York. I’ve seen her on street style pages but just recently found out who she is.  Jenny’s style is hard to define: classy, quirky, retro, sophisticated and definitely original.  She likes to shop in thrift and vintage stores and finds a lot of treasures on flea markets. As Jenny says: “My style is simply a progression and combination of the individual pieces that I love. I think the most original style comes about this way. You don’t think about creating any sort of style, you just let it advance by itself over years of acquiring great pieces.” Well, I can’t agree more! And I swear I see Audrey through a lot of Jenny’s photos.

Living in style: One Kings Lane

When it comes to interior design, there is no bigger inspiration than www.onekingslane.com.  Every time I’m changing something around my apartment I always search for ideas there. I live with this thought that everything that surrounds us totally influences our mood, so I try to create the most positive and inspirational atmosphere around. One Kings Lane is a great place to look for unique things: pictures, furniture, accessories and even jewellery, it’s a resource where you can look for lifestyle ideas and trends, new home and lifestyle brands.  Unfortunately they do not deliver outside of US but being in China, there is nothing that I can’t find on-line here:)

Girl of the month. Leaf Greener

She is a fan of bold and quirky outfits, Leaf Greener seem to be a real fashion rules breaker and that is why I love her style. She is a stylist, founder of leafgreener.com, former Elle China senior editor and more than that, Leaf Greener is a person who brings a colourful and modern vibe to Chinese fashion stage. She has been interested in fashion since her childhood, so no wonder that Leaf Green decided to get a fashion education in Beijing. Greener joined Elle China in 2008, now it’s 2014 and she has an impressive experience working for different fashion publications and also working as a freelance stylist.

I love her style for always being different, for crazy mix-n-match combinations, for her sunnies and hats. Leaf Greener is just a brilliant dresser!!!
