I must confess that I’m literally in love with every single item ever created by Johanna Ortiz. I’ve started to follow the development of this brand about 3 seasons ago and with every collection I see flawless perfection in cut, fabrics and silhouettes. Colombian designer creates extremely beautiful pieces which are a true celebration of femininity. Johanna’s collections are a perfect mix of voluminous ruffles and perfectly cut silhouettes. Johanna Ortiz Resort 2017 dazzles with its elegant and flattering shapes. Without further ado, let’s enjoy the breathtaking collection.
Emma Stone is one of those stars whose red carpet appearances are very much anticipated. She is constantly tops the “Best dressed” lists and without any doubt is one of the most stylish actresses nowadays. What I like about Emma’s red carpet style is that she is not afraid to take risks: she easily plays with colours and textures, silhouettes and accessories – and seems to always win! Emma is my greatest inspiration when it comes to colour choices or interesting details like an unusual neckline or back details. And more than that I have to confess that I like to imagine myself wearing those divine designer creations.
Rebecca Minkoff is one of my favourite designers and there are two reasons for that: everything that Rebecca creates is of high quality and her things are actually affordable. More than that, Rebecca Minkoff is a very wearable brand which can be easily brought to our everyday lives. Every single item from Rebecca’s collection is very fun to style. How will you wear this moto jacket?
This time the girl of the month is gorgeous Giorgia Tordini. She is a creative consultant based in New York who graduated IED design school in Milan. Her style is simple but sophisticated with a lot of menswear inspired clothes. Giorgia really stands out among the majority of nowadays fashionistas who go over their heads to look stylish but end up being ridiculous. Giorgia describes her style as “classic with a twist”. She likes to mix modern and vintage pieces and she always looks irresistible!
“My style is pretty classic, but never predictable – I like to accessorise with special jewellery or a pair of statement shoes.” – Giorgia Tordini
I remember them in 90s, they were major in 70s, button-front skirts are coming back. Mini, midi, leather, denim, cotton; you name it, they have it. They are really fun to style: you will definitely make a statement and be effortlessly stylish no matter where you go, office, brunch with friends or night out. My personal favourite is light blue skirt from Inès de La Fressange collection for Uniqlo. It’s looks so chic, I imagine it with striped top and wedges. Will you wear button-front skirts this season?
